Our Servers must be proactive and attentive to our guest needs, making them feel welcome, comfortable and important. Servers are responsible for positive guest interactions while attending to them in a friendly and efficient manner. Our Servers will be trained by our expert sommeliers on the basics of wine terminology, tasting protocol, opening, and offering wine to our guests.
The hostess is the first team member to interact with customers as they enter the bar. It is the job of the hostess to greet arriving guests, welcome them into the establishment and seat them. The hostess is a personal representation of the service and overall hospitality of the staff of the bar. Our Hostess must be resourceful and responsive to our guest needs and make them feel welcome, comfortable and important.

We are seeking an imaginative and creative chef who is passionate about their job. The Chef must be able to mix and match a variety of ingredients in order to create classic and innovative food items complementing our international wine list. The Chef will recommend menu items; prepare an assortment of tasty tapas, as well as cook soups, meats and vegetables using a variety of kitchen tools and equipment. Barback / Busser
We are seeking a reliable and resourceful Busser / Barback to join our team at the Channel Bar. The responsibilities of a Busser is to set tables with clean linens and silverware and remove soiled dishes, glassware and silverware from the tables, along with proper maintenance and cleaning of side stations, floors, furniture, restrooms and perform other duties as assigned. Although the Busser typically works in the seating areas assisting the food server, there are times when a Busser may be assigned to the bar to assist the bartender. We are looking for people with the following skills and abilities: a proactive and eager commitment to delighting the customer; a supportive and cooperative team player; and a dedicated and responsible work ethic.
Tipsy Brush Studio Support
The Channel Bar provides beverages and food to the participants attending painting classes at the Tipsy Brush Studio. Servers and/or Bussers will be needed to assist in setup and take down of painting classes, as well as taking orders and serving drinks/food. Team members that display an interest and natural talent in the arts may also be given an opportunity to develop ideas for classes as well as assist and/or teaching!
We are a different kind of venue seeking a bartender who is passionate about their job. The ideal person is hospitable, entertaining and lively! Must share our fervor of fine wine and fun art. A Bartender maintains positive guest interactions while accurately mixing and serving beverages in a friendly and efficient manner; able to mix and match ingredients in order to create classic and innovative drinks in accordance with customers’ needs and expectations; and, keep the bar counter and work area neat and clean at all times.
